- His Love Surrounds us-
When you feel the holy power
get up and get movin',
don't wait another hour
and let 'em catch ya snoozin'.
Holy Spirit guide me
wherever I may roam,
Come Lord Jesus take thee
lead your people home.

It's been a lot of fun building my new website this month, and most importantly having all the visitors I've had. We built this website to reach people everyday of the week, not just Sunday morning. This is a guest blog this morning.
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in Christ. He makes known to us the path of life, He fills us with joy when we are in His presence. The joy He gives is the only true joy. His saving grace and Spirit is the one thing in my life that has been the greatest treasure and has brought me through every challenge I face. When I am in His presence I experience the greatest LOVE of all, it washes over me like a wave, it's the best feeling in the whole world. There is no greater high than that. It's when I don't turn to Him and I rely on the world that I fall down. But He always brings me back up if I ask. Walk through life in the light of God the Father and the journey will become a joyous experience. I thank Him for this day and for His gracious mercy and forgiveness, for when I have not loved, He still loved me.

I like the way you present yourself
graceful happy and wise,

pondering thoughts give rise.
Anything is possible
stranger things have happened,
the information's available

would cover the whole earth,
An embedded code yes indeed
has been there since your birth.

- Misconception -
Misinterpretation and lies
it's time to sit and study,
with the wicked no compromise
their future is dark and nutty.
Get the facts out on the table
the truth cannot be hidden forever,
put aside the tales and fables
the enemy is sneaky and very clever.
Satan hates mankind
because of our luminous spirit,
look for Jesus and Him you'll find
make darkness flee it's time to scare it.

Hope you enjoyed these poems and they make you want to study more. Sometimes we forget that wickedness cannot harm us as we belong we belong to our Father. Get on fire with the Holy Spirit. Sing praises to your Father. Be thankful to Him, and Jesus and His gift of the Holy Spirit. Be faithful and strong and know with your entire being that no one and nothing can come against our Father of creation.

- Impressions -
I love 'em like Jesus did
going that extra mile,
Remembering what the spirit said
always makes me smile.
Don't stop praying for the ones
that never seem to learn,
under the heavens daughters and sons
for each other show concern.

- Royal Loyalty -

Lightening thunder a powerful shaking
clapping sounds of a thousand hooves,
groaning growling roaring and quaking
surrounded by demons buzzards and wolves.
Bows arrows swords and knives
the flesh and spirit clash,
the King is coming to save our lives
with a sword and a purple sash.

( Memorial Day is also a day for us to remember our king who died for us as a whole people on this planet.)
I don't like to quote scripture very often, because it's better for you to read it yourself and experience it with God, because it is a living word, it has to be read with the Holy Spirit. If your looking for spiritual enlightenment and truth you should chase after God's own heart reading His book for yourself daily. You should pray before and after reading scripture.
Everybody that has a bible should read it front to back, including the lost scriptures. We should be discussing scriptural messages together instead of talking about the latest fad or soap opera on television. We need to be finding out all we can about God and Jesus, and how this pertains to the times we are living in today. Now that I've said my peace, I would like to give you a scripture to definitely read and think about.
Go to your new testament in your bible, look up Revelation, read all of Chapter 17. Verse 9 & 16-18 of chapter 17 are of great importance. Who do you think reigns over the kings of the earth as of right now? Who's dollar is dependent upon for the buying and selling of the oil in most the whole world? Verse 18 says the city or country that reigns over the kings is the great whore who sells out. What do you think will happen when the american dollar becomes american history....

Guest Blog;

Very soon the whole system of things as we know it will change, be prepared not scared, because when you are prepared things don't come as such a shock. What if you wake up one morning, say a month form now, and all the money in the world didn't matter anymore? This world is a temporary place. Things aren't what matter; but people, and Love, and being saved, so we can go to heaven when that time comes. Remembering this will help, when everything isn't going the way you expect. We all have natural talents and and we all have a planned purpose in the scheme of things. If you open up to this idea you can be blessed by doing what comes naturally, like using your talent of writing to reach out to others. By finding our true purpose in life we are filled up with joy from the Holy Spirit. If you think this can be found in the world you will be disappointed. True joy comes from God alone.

- Don't Be Scared Be Prepared -

Prepare your heart for what's to come
the change will be a sudden shock,
things you love gone start feeling numb
the happiness of others you may mock.
Forget about objects nick knacks and trinkets
your feelings now you must change,
Refocus your thoughts on lamp oil and more blankets
because life to all will seem strange.
When evil and chaos take over our world
villains and killers become world leaders,
Love and hope will be cast out and hurled
while the existence of Christianity teeters.

Wading through the misunderstood? Help another find their way.

When you receive a greater understanding from God you've pierced Zen. Piercing Zen for me means receiving knowledge directly from God.
We have to be still and listen when were confused. Someone may be angry but inside they're just hurting and don't know how to release their anxiety. Meditation comes to mind when one says be still and listen, but the fact is, we need to be still and listen through out each day.
Here's a painful ugly word that no likes except the master of chaos: misunderstood.
This one word is the very reason we should be still and listen. To be still means to not take immediate action until you've heard all there is to know about the situation, by listening you avoid causing more problems. This is not to pass judgment on others, we are weighing out right and wrong, so we can help each other.

Here is a word from someone who has experienced first hand and would like to share...

One thing I've learned in life;
is to be quiet and listen in those times when nothing comes out right and misunderstanding is happening. (If I talk during this time it seems a lot of negative feelings can arise, so it's best not to do this).
When I get that frustrated anxious feeling inside, I have to get quiet, relax, and change my mind about how I feel, to pierce Zen. Soon the pressure in my head goes away and I start to enjoy the day instead of feeling rushed.
When all I want to do is rest and I have to keep going, that's when I push through and choose what is most important by praying and asking God to help me have energy and wisdom. The day becomes brighter and joyful and more focused.
I wanted to share this so you can see how what J D said in the blog above can apply to our daily lives, this has helped me every time I do it. This also helps to improve our conversations with our family and others, by changing what we say to be more positive. Have a wonderful, blessed day! DRL Poore

- Feeling the Holy Spirit -

Lifted off the ground it seems
the power is so divine,
Holiness my vision sees
lost for words but I feel fine.
I feel a fire in my soul
an overwhelming feeling,
then my face begins to glow
a sense of spiritual healing .
Stronger than I this power inside
now learning how to use this guidance,
God's Spirit inside I cannot hide
for His glory and my radiance.

-Two Is Better Than One -

Drinking coffee in the morning with a friend
eating supper together in the evening,
and watching movies later on.
Talking about our future plans and desires,
past events and history lessons.
Looking into each others eyes,
a passion we both see.
Caressing loving, building on our confidence,
having trust in what we see.
Talking about all the reasons we love each other,
feeling a sense of satisfaction.
Knowing you've found someone who'll always love you,
a best friend till the day you die.

- Still Alive -
A feeling so deep
hearing no one around you,
twitching thoughts leap
surrounded by negative voodoo.
A memory from the past
split second picture image,
don't dwell and it won't last
evil thoughts cause brain damage.
You learned a lesson from it
be happy that you survived,
be glad you didn't plummet
of life your not deprived.

I was inspired to write this because I think all of us have had a split second picture image from our past. Don't look back, just keep moving on. At the time I wrote this I didn't know it could be read from bottom to top, since then I have went through my collection of poems and found several others that can be read this way as well. I hope you enjoy reading it both ways.

Here's a little something more for this time of year,

- Wake up to a new life -

She sleeps as a caterpillar
then awakes as a butterfly,
now becoming a beautiful flyer
relief inside a feeling of high.
The fresh new smells of springtime
sun shines through her colorful wings,
Waking to the bright yellow sunshine
a feeling of new life springtime brings.

Breaking free from the norm
   through the woods we wondered,
Cascading hills all around us
   a picturesque scene very splendid.
  A six some of family
   an outing so divine,
Birds and frogs singing all about
   the trees in harmony intertwine.

   with snickers giggles and talking,
Mother nature feels like home
   when you wish you could just keep walking.

I like to study words by going back to the original meaning of the word. Since I'm inspired to write about salvation I do a lot of studying. This led to the Heavenly Reflections page on our website. There are lots of pictures taken by my lovely wife and website partner. We both love nature and we hope you enjoy the pictures of our Fathers creation. With lots of prayer and faith, and by the Holy Spirit of God together we have overcome many obstacles. We want to share with everyone so that we might be a help in times of trouble. We hope to share with the world the joy that we have found in working for our Father, and the salvation we have because Jesus died for us.
