A true Christian will fear God and His wrath and follow His every commandment, there are only ten and they are not grievous, for every man will be judged by the law of liberty. You cannot be saved by faith alone, but you will be judged by your works, faith is dead without works. A true man of God will give you his seat to sit in and buy you food when he himself has none, a true follower of God will go extra miles or spend another hour for his brother. A true Christian is a happy giver with no later regret, and knows he is not sin free nor perfect, only the Father of light and His son Jesus are perfect. A true follower of Christ can heal with words of love and truth, this being works with complete faith in our Lord and Savior. What we speak means everything, its part of our life story and we are being watched by our Lord every step of the way. The tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. (also read Mark 7:15-23). God resisteth the proud but giveth grace unto the humble, submit yourselves to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you. There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who are you that judge another? A true Christian reads scripture daily staying close to God and stays unspotted from the world of chaos and corruption. A true Christian repents for his sins every night before his rest from the day, and looks for any opportunity to save souls. Charity, passionate love, patience, fervent praying, honesty, long suffering, along with pure faith and sure belief in Christ, is a true Christian.
If you truly follow Jesus' teachings you'll understand the power of joining together on Sunday morning as brothers and sisters of Christ, and singing praise in worship to our Lord and Savior. We are Gods family and family works together, there is mighty power in numbers, it's lifting our spirits up to Jesus, our glorifying energy toward Him, our master teacher of charity, love, and righteousness. His Church are His (flock) people and we should be united as one people, the people Jesus loved so much that He came from on high to the lowest realm so as to enlighten and save us from eternal damnation. (also read John 8:23). Mostly we manifest our own misfortune by fears of different sorts, fear and trust don't mix, fear and love don't mix, there is no fear when you have complete trust, and true love has no fear born in it. A true Christian will feel fear when he is about to do something that goes against the word of God, the book of James tells us in chapter 1:8 that "a double minded man is unstable in all his ways". Verse 7 says "for let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord". James also says in chapter 4:4 that a friend of the world is the enemy of God. This alone should be your only fear, that we do not lose our salvation by not loving God 1st in all matters, that we do not sweep under a rug all the things Jesus worked for while with us. Be humble and submit yourselves to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you. Read 1 Peter 4:12-19 everyday until you know in your whole mind, heart, body and soul with unwavering faith in the truth of the words of Jesus our kind and generous Lord.
